Nordzone app is a smart service product which is provided by CabinAir Tech (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. In order to register and use Nordzone app (the “App”), we need to collect and process some of your personal data. CabinAir is committed to protect your data at all times, and to process your personal data in a transparent and lawful manner in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This privacy notice applies to all processing of personal data in relation to your use of the App carried out by CabinAir Sweden AB, a Swedish company with registration number 559041-1327, (“CabinAir”). All references in this privacy notice to “we”, “us” or “our” should be considered a reference to CabinAir.

What categories of personal data do we process, for what purpose, on what legal basis and for how long? 

We process personal data for the purposes set forth in the table below. We collect your personal data directly from you when you use our App. In order for us to fulfill the purposes in the charts below, it is necessary for you to provide us with certain personal data. If you do not provide us with the personal data, you may not be able to log in to the App or it may not function as intended.

How do we protect your Personal Data? 

We have taken a number of security measures to ensure that the personal data we store is secure. For example, access to areas where personal data is stored is limited to our employees and service providers who require it in the course of their duties and who are informed of the importance of maintaining the security and confidentiality of the personal data we keep. We maintain appropriate safeguards and security standards to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure or misuse. We also monitor our systems to discover vulnerabilities in order to protect your personal data.

How do we share information?

Unless the limited sharing stated in this privacy Notice, we will strictly keep your personal data confidential. Without your consent, we will not disclose your personal data to third parties for their own independent marketing or commercial purposes. You hereby authorize that we will share your personal data with third parties without your consent in the following situations:

  • Other parties required by law or necessary to protect our services. In some cases, we may disclose your data to other parties; 
  • Abide by the law or obey mandatory legal procedures;
  • All parties related to our company affairs;
  • Confirm or enforce compliance with our service strategy;
  • Other parties with your consent. In addition to the disclosures described in this Notice we may also share your data with third parties when you agree to share or make a sharing request.

Rights

What rights do you have? 

CabinAir is based in Sweden in the EU and subject to European data protection legislation. Below is a summary of the rights you have under such legislation. The exercise of these rights is free of charge and you may exercise the rights by sending an email or mail using the contact information listed at the end of this privacy notice. 

Note that we will always assess a request to exercise a right in order to determine whether the request is valid. All rights listed below are not absolute and exceptions may apply. 

In addition to the rights set forth below, you always have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority regarding our processing of your personal data. 

  • Right of access. You are upon request entitled to receive a copy of your personal data that we processes and also to obtain supplementary information about our processing of personal data.  
  • Right to rectification. You have the right to have your personal data corrected and/or completed if it is inaccurate and/or incomplete. 
  • Right to erasure. You have the right to request that we erase your personal data without undue delay in the following circumstances:

    – the personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;

    – you make a valid objection to the processing of your personal data;

    – the personal data has been unlawfully processed; or

    – the personal data has to be erased for compliance with a legal obligation.
  • Right to restrict processing. You have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data in the following circumstances:

    – the accuracy of the personal data is under examination;

    – the processing is unlawful or is no longer needed for the purposes of the processing but you oppose the erasure of personal data and request restriction instead;

    – we no longer need the personal data but you need the personal data for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; or:

    – you have objected to the processing of your personal data and such objection is under verification.
  • Right to data portability. Under certain circumstances, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us in order to transmit such data to another service provider if the processing of personal data is based on your consent or the performance of a contract. 
  • General right to object. You have the general right to, at any time, object to the processing of your personal data that is based on our legitimate interests. If you object we have to demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate grounds for such processing or that we need the personal data for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

We may, at any time and for any reason, make changes to this privacy notice. The updated privacy notice will be published in our App and will be applicable with immediate effect upon publishing. In this case, if you continue to use our services, it means that you are aware of such changes and agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Notice.
