About CabinAir
CabinAir aims to improve the health, safety and wellbeing of drivers and passengers, by producing industry-leading air purification solutions and advanced air quality sensors for cars, trucks, busses, and other vehicles. Our patented, award-winning technology, trusted by leading automotive brands, captures even the smallest and most harmful particles, including viruses and ultrafine pollutants, before they enter the cabin.
CabinAir was established in 2016 as a subsidiary of Blueair, one of the world’s leading producers of air purification solutions for home and professional use. In 2019 CabinAir became a separate legal entity owned by the board of directors and employees. Based in Stockholm, we are now an international fast expanding team of passionate and committed employees with factory and R&D in Shenzhen and sales offices in Shanghai and Los Angeles.
CabinAir’s technology is already trusted on the road, serving as a key component in Volvo Cars’ and Polestar’s Advanced Air Cleaner (AAC) systems, and delivered as a complete solution in Lucid Gravity’s Active Cabin Filtration. Additionally, we have ongoing projects with several premium vehicle manufacturers across markets.
In addition, we are bringing our technology to cars already on the road through aftermarket solutions knows as Nordzone™, furthering our commitment to healthier driving experiences.
Audi has expanded the reach of CabinAir’s technology through their aftermarket solution Audi Electric Interior Air Filter (Elektrischer Innenraumluftfilter).
